Every Mood Kitchen comes with a guarantee that covers installation, hardware and cabinetry for a full 10 years. Benchtops, accessories and appliances carry the manufacturers guarantee. See our detailed warranty document further down this page.
Every Mood Furniture order comes with a trusted 5 year guarantee unless otherwise stated. Sofas carry a 5 year warranty on the frames and a 3 year warranty on the fabric. The warranty starts from the day you receive your product and we warrant our product to be free from defective materials or workmanship for the length of the warranty period. The warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser. Products must be purchased from an authorized store and you must hold the original store receipt (proof of purchase) to claim under warranty. The warranty is for home use only, goods used in a commercial environment will render the warranty void. Mood reserves the right to repair or replace any product that falls under the normal warranty conditions. Mood also reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if under inspection the product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials that fall outside the normal warranty conditions. We will meet all our obligations regarding warranties as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Any branded furniture (not made by Mood), carries the manufacturer's guarantee. This includes rugs, bar stools and chairs, unless otherwise stated.
Homewares may be returned to us for exchange or store credit within seven days of purchase, provided all of the conditions as per our refund policy are met. Branded homewares may also carry a manufacturer's guarantee. Feel free to get in touch with us to enquire about this for a certain product.
Every Mood Bathroom comes with a guarantee that covers installation & hardware for a full 10 years. Mood vanities carry a 5 year guarantee. Benchtops, bathroomware and accessories carry the manufacturers guarantee.
For vanities, it is our strong recommendation to use a Corian Top as the benchtop, or a similar alternative such as Hi-Macs or Engineered Stone. You can decide to go against this and take responsibility for any issues, but we will not warranty any timber tops (including MDF) used for vanities as any water left on the surface could cause problems in future. While we do expect the timber tops to have decent longevity, we cannot control how the tops are used in the end user's space and will refute any claims on these.
